Kangchenjunga Tea House Trekking - Spring and Autumn 2016 /2016 | Nepal Guide Info My boy-friend
and I went to Nepal for a three week trekking in Kanchenjunga-region.
The tour was organized by Nepal Planet Treks , a
trekking organization in Paknajol Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal (exact address see
below) chosen by coincidence by my boy-friend the year before in nov 2015 as he had gone to Nepal for a three week
trekking in Annapurna and Manaslu region.
He had been so satisfied, that for our tour in
nov 2015 Nepal Planet Treks from the very beginning organized our tour. During 2015
we stayed in contact per email and I only can say everything went PERFECT!
NEPAL PLANET TREKS took care for booking the
domestic flights from Kathmandu to Biratnagr, the bus from there to Taplejung,
where our trek began, and back, the permits, the hotels for the days before and
after the trekking in Kathmandu, …
If you ever want to go for Nepal for trekking we
only can only highly recommend Nepal Planet Treks as your trekking organization. Mr. Sanjib,
founder and boss, especially Mr. NJ –
Adhikari, tour operating manager, and especially Mr. Vishnu Adhikari , trek and
tour guide and the rest of them are a team of young Nepali men, very likable,
nice, friendly, competent, honest and straightforward. They took good care of
us, from picking us from the airport in Kathmandu, during our first days in
Kathmandu and especially during the trek, until they brought as back to the
airport in Kathmandu in the end again.
They fulfilled all our wishes: the narrow
time-schedule – we only had time for 13 days of trekking for the tour which
normally take around 20 days - , the fact that the two of us only wanted one
porter beside the guide – normally you have to take at least one porter per
each – , the fact that in the end in Kathmandu we wanted another hotel ,
because the first one form the first days we did not like very much and so on
and so on ….
Special thanks to Mr.Vishanu, our guide, by the
way the same guide my boy-friend had the year before, who truly got a friend.
He was best beyond saying!! Best guide one can get for trekking in Nepal.
English speaking, physically and mentally very strong, he has a very kind and
friendly attitude and behavior towards us, towards local people, other tourists
and other guides and he has very good knowledge about behavior in the mountains
– we had not a single problem during the trek thanks to him.
Many, many thanks to NEPAL PLANET TREKS for a
great time in Nepal. We’ll never forget you hospitality, your kindness and you
